Ace Metal Crafts acquires Irmko Tool Works

BENSENVILLE, IL – Ace Metal Crafts Company, a leader in stainless steel machining and fabricating, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Irmko Tool Works, Inc., effectively immediately.

Established in 1971, Irmko specializes in precision machined stainless steel components. The company has a solid reputation in precision machined parts, as well as a highly skilled workforce.

Ace Metal Crafts Company CEO Jean Pitzo states, “This acquisition complements our overall position in the stainless steel fabrication and machining industry by adding 30 extremely skilled machinists to the team.
