Manufacturers point to lack of skilled workers as key pain point

The Technology & Manufacturing Association found in their monthly survey for November 2018 that their main pain point continues to be the lack of skilled workers.

40% said finding skilled workers was more problematic than the 24% that pointed to the cost of employee benefits.
