2019 Corvette’s top speed: 218 miles per hour

There will be less than 3000 2019 Corvette ZR1’s assembled in Chevrolet’s Bowling Green Kentucky plant.

The monsters will reach 218 mph as their top speed, thanks to a 6.2-litre LT5 supercharged small block V8 engine capable of grinding out 755 horsepower and a 715 lb-ft of torque. That setup allows the car to go from zero to 60mp in just 2.8 seconds.

They will sell for between $121,000 and $140,000.
