Are you sending employees to TMA for training to upgrade and update their skills? If so, you’re an “innovative company” – and thinking progressively to move ahead of others in the manufacturing sector, says this Forbes writer about the urgency for manufacturing to invest in training in a fast-moving world:
… The question is, are American companies, workers, policy makers and educators aware of the magnitude and urgency of the challenge? And will they be prepared to meet it?
Some companies are moving in the right direction. In a few innovative cases, they’re even collaborating with competitors and firms in allied industries to train workers, rather than going the traditional route: waiting for others to do the training and then trying to pick them off.
