The Technology & Manufacturing Association’s 2017 Legislative Scorecard released in November shows a disconcerting number of lawmakers the Illinois General Assembly supporting policies that would have a negative effect on the state’s crucial manufacturing sector.
Only 22% of the Illinois Senate received 75% or better scores in 2017.
